We moved my Mom to Brightview White Marsh in 2020 at age 99. She had been independent and living alone in Florida up to that point. She spent the last 18 months of her life there, and we could not be more pleased with my mother's experience. The Brightview team became a family to my Mom, and made her time there eternally memorable (especially the incredible 100th birthday party they threw for her!) We are so thankful for the love and compassion shown by the entire Brightview team!

My mother has been a resident at Brightview White Marsh since July 2019. We could not be more pleased. The facility is clean, my mom loves the food and the staff could not be more kind and caring. My mom has taken quite a few falls (she has Parkinson's Disease), and I have witnessed staff coming from the second floor to check on her once they heard she had fallen. They all seem to go above and beyond. As for the activities, they are awesome!! There are many things going on every day, and the special events are exceptional. I just attended a wonderful Veterans Day ceremony there, and just last week they had a USO dance and special dinner that my mom loved! They use the word "community" when talking at Brightview, and it truly is. I have seen residents really looking out for their friends when they aren't feeling well. It is very touching. I also know that after comparing the price to other facilities, Brightview White Marsh is very fairly priced. We are very pleased with everything and feel it was an excellent choice for my mom.

BrightView White Marsh has been a blessing to our family: for our aging dad who is 97 years old and for us, his children and grand children....Doris and Buddy Seward were living in their home for nearly 70 years when Doris became ill with congestive heart failure and renal failure....she could not go home again, and Buddy could not live alone in the family home....Linda Reardon and Heather Wojcik helped me (Bruce) make an informed decision with a lot of emotional support and assistance to move my parents into the White Marsh facility....Doris became sick and passed in February, 2020....she and Buddy had been married for 75 years....my fear was that Buddy would wither and die as well, but the staff and administration at BrightView created such a warm and loving environment that Buddy has healed and flourished in his new home...he loves the staff, his fellow residents, the food, and the beauty of his apartment and the facility, and the social activities available to him....even during the pandemic, when visiting was suspended initially, the staff continued to provide as many creature comforts and entertainment as possible....the process to re-open was long and stressful, but the myriad methods to keep residents safe and viable were heroic and so successful...now we can take our loved ones out again, and visit in apartments again, and while life seems to be normalizing, we have to remember the continuing 24/7 efforts of the staff and administration to make life vibrant each and every day for our families....it is such a blessing to go to sleep at night and know, with out a doubt or fear, that my dad is in the arms of “angels”.....thank you BrightView for all you do everyday to create and maintain such a vibrant community for our families....peace and love....Bruce, Diane, and Michael Seward
