I had a pool installed in March 2021. I’ve had a great experience with this store. As with nearly every new pool owner I’ve struggled with getting this pool open this year and I’ve been very pleased with how patience and the guidance this store has given me. The staff are always friendly including the dogs lol… They’ve even followed up with me after store hours through text and made sure everything is okay. It feels good to have a store that does this. Great experience several manufacturers defects in the supply lines and sand filter tank thanks to Jason and his team for working out the details and getting a quick replacement this was not a sales problem would definitely recommend them base on great customer service this week with my new pool.
