I ended up with a nail in the sidewall of my right front tire on my Rav4 and needed it taken care of ASAP. One of the service advisors, Chris, got me in the same day. He was friendly and peppy despite it being 8:30 in the morning (which was admirable to me - I wasn't even awake enough to draw my eyebrows on LOL), and he had my tire taken care of within 2 hours of me dropping my vehicle off. Thanks Chris and Jerry's Toyota for providing such great service!

Work was done in a timely manner. Express maintenance visits are easy and hassle free. Employees are nice and helpful. Waiting room is clean, has tv free coffee and snack machines.

We have limited the number of chairs in the customer lounge area. We have a face covering policy in place. We have plastic panels separating service customers with their service writers. We have a handful of sanitizer stations. We have hired a company to disinfect the entire customer lounge and other customer touch points (chairs, railings, etc) every evening and have a cleaning person working during the day to help keep areas disinfected.

When you say buy do you mean finance a car no way. I was paying cash for my new car (inheritance) and they still had to run a credit check which will only hurt your credit even more if like me (I just don't have any real credit pay by electric and cable on time think was 620's at the time) when I didn't qualify it was still hard inquire into my credit drop me to 585 even when there was absolutely no reason to run my credit took 20hrs of my time between jerry billing credit reporting agencies to get it removed and that's not counting time I was on hold recorded it all at war 20hr 3mins talking with then over 2 weeks not worth headache spend the extra couple hundred ger in folks name then gift it to you if possible and they have credit if finance it then go to a smaller one or 2 of places that do in house financing for you guaranteed if you have job and make X # $ above expenses
I believe you can get gap coverage at any time during the life of your loan
