I’ve been coming here since it’s been open and today, between the manager John and Ariel, they really made my experience great. John is very nice and helped me with me with my items. He was super patient as I switched my items since one of them we noticed was damaged. I was super thankful that he noticed and went the extra step to make sure I would be completely happy with my purchase before even leaving the store. Ariel is always helping us get stuff around the store and is always happy to see people coming in through the door. The employees here are always friendly, down to earth and you don’t feel rushed as you’re shopping around. Ive never had a bad experience here and that speaks volumes. They’re always happy to help, and it’s my favorite store to shop for things for myself, friends and family.

I love this chain of stores. Usually anyone who shops here, knows what they’re looking for. This is where we find all our cool licensed merchandise, of all our favorite characters. However I have to say that this particular store always seems to ruffle my feathers, and then even more so when I am always offered to purchase online when they don’t have anything in my family’s sizes. Not sure how they end up with all the 2XL’s and up! How do they carry their children's clothes with matching sets, yet the size & quantity ratio is so bizarre? I have spent nearly 45 mins excited to find a piece I loved, and then only to find myself uninterested in the whole thing because it can’t have the matching set. Then I realize what a waste of time that was lol. Nonetheless, I love the boxlunch money method. That’s when I really feel like I’m getting the best deals. Lastly, I’d like to add this… if I wanted to shop online I’d shop online. I personally enjoy going into stores still, and finding things on hand. (: unless I absolutely need it, obviously thank goodness for the internet. My suggestion for this particular store is, keep better track of inventory, make sure there is enough sizes for everyone. If possible have a better Loungefly & pin collection. Otherwise never met a worker who was rude or didn’t want to help. They’re always so kind and helpful. Thank you to all the workers who’ve worked there from when I started shopping there back in 2014. 👏🏼

Don't know whether to love or hate this place...everytime I go I drop a solid $200-500. Amazing and unique stuff, and the people that work here are really nice too. It's that wretched lunch money that keeps me coming back.
