Love the gym not to packed so I never really have to wait on a machine, I enjoy the atmosphere here as well.. as far as customer service didn't have a great experience.. needed to make a minor change to my account 3 different people turned me away.. one who rather talk on his cellphone rather than help a customer which I thought was horrible customer service!!

The main reason I go to the gym is for spinning class, but unfortunately I will either opt out of my membership or will have to go to one much farther from my house, which is really not convenient. Kristine is the spinning instructor and she is TERRIBLE. It is very annoying how she is constantly yelling and her getting on and off her bike every minute is too distracting. My husband has had the same experience and we are seriously considering canceling our membership. She is the only instructor at this point and the class schedule is bad. Not too many classes and not more instructors.

First in the gym at 5am and this is the dumbbell rack. Cleanliness has plummeted to say the least and good luck finding the weights you need with dumbbell rack being so unsatisfactory. Hoping management will do something about this and become more considerate for their members

The gym is great despite what the negative reviews say. I wished all amenities (such as the steam room) were functioning at 100% but nothing is ever perfect. Great equipment in the free weights and machines area, awesome cardio equipment upstairs. The cleanup and maintenance crew are doing an awesome job cleaning up the whole gym and locker room area. Sadly there are some members that can’t cleanup after themselves or find it easier to leave tissues & water bottles on the floor. Management should be on the lookout for these nasty people.
