Incredibly rude secretary, she picks up with a tired monotone voice, interrupted me half way through my question, assumed that she knew how I was going to end it, and started answering without a clue of what information I was actually looking for. Then stops me half way when I try to tell her that whatever she is telling me has nothing to do with the question I had (which at this point she still has not let me asked). And tells me that I need to listen to her, that if I interrupt I won't hear the information she has to share, so I listen and wait for her to be done, only then can I ask my actual question which she can not answer because is not her field, but again, had she not interrupted me in the first place I would have wasted less time and not listen to her burn out attitude for no reason. Give the sad woman a vacation please, and after that a customer service class, what a pain for the caller and what a bad image for the company. Still waiting for her to put me in contact with the estimator, since he is the only one that could answer my question.
