It's an age 50 or above Community. My Mother-in-law lives there. (From what I've heard) The Owner is rather "cheap," but the Maintenance guy is top notch. There is a Clubhouse, a fire pit, and Cornhole. Aside from the few alcoholic neighbors, there seems to be some good people who reside here.

What a wonderful low stress experience purchasing my new mobile home in Sugar Mill Mobile Home Park. From the first call to Alexis through working with Shayna on paperwork and finalizing things with John, the Park Manager it was a great experience. All were quick to respond and to help me with whatever questions I might have. I mostly dealt with John since he's onsite. He was very responsive and understanding and is just a great guy overall. I couldn't be happier living in the Park and with my new home. Everyone I've met has been friendly and nice. Thank you Garber Communities and Sugar Mill Mobile Home Park for making what is usually a very stressful transaction into a smooth one.

From my experience..depends where in the park you are..there are a few open areas.. suitable for parking.
