Needed to return an amazon package, the process was quick and easy. They scanned my phone with a QR code, I handed them the package and I was on my way. Hours later, my refund was pending. Easy peasy!

Called for a quote to ship 5 tires gave exact dimensions and weight and was quoted $330.00. Hauled all five tires in and told Ginger I was quoted $330.00. She immeditely said NO WAY! She was nasty talked over me and rude. Instead of saying we made an error or were not clear she was awful. Ginger should find a line of work she enjoys.
