was in here a few weeks ago and almost purchased a car, cause we liked the car..but the service was terribly lacking so we decide to try a different dealer ship and Im glad we did. Honestly the service there wasn't that great either but we loved the car. I guess expecting good service is just a thing of the past. I am still glad we went with the dealership we did especially after looking at these other reviews. Looks like followup service is a joke.

The staff is great! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Too bad they have to sell Hyundai's. My 2016 needs a new engine after less than 140,000 well cared for highway miles, and Hyundai HQ refuses to honor their own warranty (extended for this specific problem, but it's costing them too much) and replace the engine. Steer clear!

Their service statement said they included a tire pressure check but there is no way they even glanced at my tires, because as I pulled out of the dealership I discovered my left passenger tire was COMPLETELY flat. Not just a little flat. TOTALLY flat, with a nail in it. It was fine when I dropped it off, but even if a nail didn't get picked up at the dealership they would have noticed that my tire was flat if they had performed the inspection they said they did. I have zero confidence that they will complete any work as they say they will. Watch out.

You have to set the switch in the console in the roof.
Do you mean trunk lock? Please contact our service department at 916-677-3636
Or you have a faulty TPS that needs to be replaced.
I agree with Harri.
Sorry to hear! Bring in to service, see what we can do
I'm a Google guide not the Hyundai dealership I would suggest calling them

Not sure either. We have purchased 2 cars from them over several years and they have always been very helpful and treat you with respect.
Best to call the dealership for answers to questions like this. An item under warranty can be taken to any dealership regardless of where it was purchased.
Our entire internet went down, taking our phone systems down as well. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience. The systems are now back up.
