Out of the two nearest dealerships to me, folsum Lake Hyundai and Roseville Hyundai which would handle the sonata engine recall better?

I would suggest the Roseville location. Friendly knowledgable staff. Ask for Rob (although ANY of the service writers will gladly assist you.).

They are owned by the same people so I imagine they are equally capable. Call them!
