Honestly worse experience I’ve had , started my case , I have had 4 different paralegals handle my case , the first one quit and we were never notified , 2 months later we asked to speak with Mr. Aspen and the new person handling out case (who didn’t even know she was handling it , or me or my wife’s name ) the 3rd 6 months later we called to ask what the situation was with our case and she informed us she was going on vacation in two days and we had to inform her of our antitrust case process , now it has been 9 months since we have heard anything from our case , and I have been calling for 2 months being told everyone is in a meeting , out of the office or on vacation or places on hold for over 2 hours .We have paid over thousands of dollars to be represented and the only time we receive a email is when they ask for a payment , we have been up to par with the payments & we have been patient however this is just unacceptable.

Best law office. Jessica was the paralegal on my husband's case. Best paralegal. you will be happy if you get her to work on your case.

Okay, I have an address there, in Elizabeth, how can I start the process? What about the process payments?
It looks like you may need a 601 pardon (for the lies) and a 212 pardon (for the deportation. First, you must get a copy of your immigration service records by requesting a copy of it (FOIA) https: // www .uscis. gov / g-639

A 212 (i) forgiveness of inadmissibility for fraud or intentional misrepresentation of a material fact is available only when an applicant demonstrates that a US citizen or spouse or legal permanent resident parent will face extreme hardship if the visa to enter the States is removed or denied. United.
I'm not familiar with that. please contact the social security office near your residence.

If you have an American child over the age of 21, or a wife or father who is a US citizen or legal resident, you may qualify for a Green Card.
Very good lawyer Mr. Moises
No. I charge a $200 consultation fee, which will be applied to the legal fees in your case, should you retain me.
