Try Catholic Charities, 976 Broad Street, Newark, NJ. I visited this immigration office, downtown, Newark NJ, had a talk with them at the front desk and they were very cordial to me answering my questions. You can walk in starting Mondays at 9:00 a.m. and the cost for consultation is $60 non refundable. You will see a immigration lawyer who should be able to assist you.What kind of help are you looking for? Ask them, they should be able to direct you if this is not applicable to you.I have no Complaints about them. Also,. there's a social worker at Newark Public Library, 5 Washington Street, Newark, NJ, floor 1 LGBT Q room, her name is Ms. Evelyn Fabian. It's best to show up there about 10:00 Monday through Friday to see her rather than call her.
