My brother has epilepsy and needs medication, because my dad works and we only have one vehicle my brother and I had to use the medicaid transportation. We were 2 minutes past the 15 minute leeway and the doctor had already marked my brother as a no show, and was seeing no one else. The funny part is when we got there no one else was in the waiting room, so either they weren't really seeing anyone or the doctor didn't wait. Either way, I can blame heart of Florida for my brother's future seizures(until we can somehow squeeze in another appointment and hope we make it on time)because they refused to see him.

My son was literally 2 minutes past what they consider late and no one could see him. Even after telling them he needs it for his seizures. And the only reason he was late was because the transportation that they provide was late picking him up. Really? You have no compassion at all!!

I called 2 days in a row and was put on hold and both days I called I waited the que and when it’s my turn they hang up on me forcing me to call back and wait again and have the same thing happen and ontop of that when I press 1 to leave a message I get a busy signal this is freaking ridiculous and unprofessional and I’m thinking about contacting the better business burrow or something cause this is wrong I should be able to make an appointment I’ll try again tomorrow and if I keep on having troubles I’ll contact my lawyer complete and total Bull

The receptionist is rude called 4 times and they hang up on you . If they cant handle the job . Maybe they need to try McDonald's flipping burgers . I don't know why I expected any different. After all this is citrus and Marion County . home of inadequate medical care .

I have the same problem everytime
Multiple insurance but your best bet bet is to call them first and they will tell you
Good afternoon, Ms. Clark: Most times with injuries that require stitches, that is a same day treatment and you would need to go to an Urgent Care Center or the Emergency Department. We don't have same day appointments at this time for Emergencies. However, you are able to make an appointment to have stitches removed if needed. Thank you and be well.
You have to call them and tell them that you're waiting for your next shot and ask them how long it will be
I'm unsure however they have many of the staff does
It depends on what you make annually.
No. It is based on your income and amount of dependents you have living with you. We also take patients with insurance.
