August 17 update Stil waiting for my deposit to be returned to me. Talked to the guy at the office in Hammock Rodge after he asked me for a month to get this issue resolve. I did give him a month, I called and called the office with no response had to go there in person to talk to the same guy. I told him how unhappy I was about the whole situation. I told him I will go back on here to give them a bad review . He said that is fine if that is what you want to do, those reviews don't go anywhere and do not resolve the issue. He asked for two more days which was due yesterday and still no deposit. I am so done with them. Please keep your word and resolve the issue at hand, I just want this behind me I am still waiting for my deposit return after moving out in March. I call the office and was told the person was at lunch and will call me back but, I recieved no call back. I will continue to write reviews on here until I get my money back. There is no reason for this delay. Next I will call the corpate office and voice my complaint

I have lived here for a year and a half and I absolutely loved it!!! Emily is such a sweetheart and goes above and Beyond to help. She always has such a sweet demeanor and big smile on her face I am moving out soon to be closer to work and I will miss her dearly. Achilles is very professional and very helpful as well his fingernails are always perfect!! The clientele here is a mix there was never any riffraff or drama my neighbors were always very friendly And quiet. The way the buildings are positioned I barely saw or heard anybody. The pool is incredible always clean and the landscape is top notch. If you decide to live here hopefully you will get to me Dallas he is by the pool daily exercising and so sweet. Thank you so much for everything my experience here was 100% pleasurable. ❤️❤️❤️ Positive vibes only miss Emily keep in touch!!
