Yes...but buy online, the difference in price is unbelivable and the counter service is horrible in Atlanta. It used to be the best!! The drivers from Atl to Tampa the first of July were great and on my return home to Atl exceptional. Ticket counter horrible Take your lunch from home Wear your mask and bring lysol spray or wipes. Greyhound is better than Airlines lately. Safe travel
Inside the gas station you can also call and do it on the phone or on line but they will charge you extra 28.00 to 35.00 fee because the person who is traveling is not the person who is using the credit card or a will call fee at the station

About the best thing to do is Call the 800 number and they could tell you I know some leave out at 9am. It really depends on where you are going to.

Usually if the bus station u at is closed someone at the location will direct you where to go to and get tickets.Some drivers will let u on and u have to purchase a ticket at next location selling tickets
