No sense of urgency at all. I’ve waited an extra 4 days for my jewelry to come in and they act like they don’t care in the store. Need to either hire better customer service representatives or hire more people

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased my wife a necklace with a dragonfly in December. The necklace is a on a box chain with a white gold dragonfly with multiple gems. Two months later the chain broke, while we were sitting at dinner at a restaurant. We took the broken chain back to the store, and were told that they essentially do not warrant their products, unless you purchase an esp (extended service plan). I have never bought anything new that did not come with a warranty - but nope, they insisted that their products do not come with a warranty - the gems are covered, as long as you bring it in twice a year to have it checked, but not any other portion of the necklace. The woman was rude and told me tough luck, we will sell you another necklace for the charm. What a laugh! Never again Kay Jewelers - you a a such a rip off.
