About two weeks ago I went into the store and they did not have what I was looking for. I worked with Sarah and she told me to check back because new items are delivered weekly. I called over there today and Sarah answered the phone. She said they had the one that I wanted in stock and she would put it aside for me. I went into the store and she was incredibly helpful and kind. Sarah really cares about the customers and you can feel that when you speak with her. She is a true asset to the store! Thanks Sarah….I’ll be back again soon!

Horrible experience. If you are interested in buying something for someones birthday, getting estimated delivery of 3-4 weeks, then that time passes and you reach out just to ask and get lip service and gaslighted 3x over the next 4 weeks and even given a fake tracking number only to get it 12 weeks later, missing the birthday party and then even though VB put the charge through immediately….then let it expire after 14 weeks tell you they are charging you for this and you have to deal with 3 managers one financial to get this process over then vera bradley is the company for you. Save yourself the drama and head to lands end, ll bean, Kipling or your local bag retailer. Please just stay far away from here.
