Me and my husband went in to see how much it would be to get my wedding set sized up and we did not have a very good experience. We walked through the door and the lady payed no mind to us as she was too busy chatting with another customer about personal stuff and did not even say to us she would be with us shortly or anything even though we were the only other customers there on Valentine's Day. When I handed her my ring she was very pushy about getting the prongs fixed. She quoted us a price and my husband made a comment that we were comparing prices and her whole demeanor changed. Her personal phone went off and she picked it up and told the person that it was a good time to talk because the customers were about to leave. When infact we wanted to look at a few rings so she made us feel unwelcomed as we about she didn't even say anything to us so we left. Definitely not going back there if she is going to have an attitude like that.
