Always loved dennys. Although the food portions seem smaller then a few years ago. Also they were severely under staffed. No fault of thier own.

Are they sure they were at the same DennysResturant? There three or four Dennys on 192 ?.every one in the one we go to are all very nice and usually don't have to wait long for food unless very busy.
