Incredibly rude and incompetent staff. Wait times are insane. If you're ten minutes late you have to reschedule, but if you're on time you wait 2 hours. Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere reputable.

In my case was a great experience. My Optometrists was very friendly and professional, he took the time to review my eyes and get the best prescription glasses. Chelsie in front desk also was very friendly and go beyond to adjust my glasses. Store was clean with good options in frames very affordable. Recommended….

I had a great experience at this location. The staff were warm and friendly. The eye doctor was thorough. I had already researched the frames and type of lenses l wanted. The glasses fit perfectly. They provided all of the info on the what the add-ons (progressive lenses, blue screen filter, & transitions), entailed. They told me my glasses would be ready in 7 to 10 days, they were ready in 8. I received both an automated as well as a rep placing a call to let me know my glasses were ready. This was the best eye visit l have had to date. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff as well as the products. The Siegen lane location will be my go to for my eyewear needs. Thanks to the staff for treating me so well!😊

The staff at Americas best exceeded my expectations ,all were very knowledgeable ,and outgoing .most notable was (Carrie ) she went over every detail in the purchase of my eyewear ,from my best options ,including some that were never offered before!
