Never buy parts from Capital Freightliner or Capital Mack. Wayne's Truck Service have been in business for almost 40 years and Alex sold us a used part and refuse to take it back though it was not our fault. BUYER BEWARE. It was not the money it's the principle of treating customers properly which Capital does not. They just lost a lot of purchases from us. This is not a reputable company. Treat's customers like they could care less about them.

Was towed here when broke down. They told me 3 weeks just to look at truck. Company paid to tow me to Natchez MS they took my truck straight in. Also service dept in Baton Rogue not open on weekends.

Picked up a trailer there, shop guy came right out to help me and dragged our tractor out of the front of the trailer, great dude

Took our truck there and after 1 month they diagnosed everything except for what we brought it in for. Said it was the drivers fault since he brought it up, even AFTER I called and told them we authorize repairs NOT the driver. Charged us $1k+ for “looking” at some stuff they didn’t even fix! Will go out of town and get repairs before I use them again! Don’t do it!
