Most of my business takes place from Clearwater south to Tierra Verde, St. Petersburg and the Gulf Beaches. However, I do business in the north end of the county as well. I still have clients in the Orlando area and get calls from them to help with a sale or purchase.
I have been a full-time licensed Realtor since 1987.
I would never suggest waiving a home inspection for a property one of my clients is considering purchasing. Many people are waiving inspections in today's highly competitive market to make their offer my attractive to the seller. My advice? NO. You may land the deal on the home but the costs associated with potential hidden defects could be huge.
