Service is poor (never got any napkins). Country ham is very good. Buttermilk pancakes taste great too although the appearance is lacking. Eggs were perfectly cooked. Hash brown casserole is not something I would order again (bland). Bacon was seriously undercooked and soggy. Sausage was also very bland and not something I would order again. Definitely not worth the price. Should have just went to Bob Evans or Wendy's.

Good food like always...but they didn't refill my coffee and forgot the ham. They were polite though!

Cracker barrel is not my go to place, it's my wife's. But today I ordered one of the $5.99 breakfast 2 biscuits, 2 sausage patties, and Hasbrown casserole. The picture of the hash brown casserole was taken because they were dry, stiff, and barely edible. I said something to the waitress about it, and was not offered a replacement. Then when I got to the register and was asked about my dining experience, there was no discount offered either. I'm pretty easy going and will usually wait to see how the staff will rectify an issue instead of making demands like other people do or ask for a manager. But in this experience I'm just gonna let it go and not go back unless my wife wants to go.. at least the coffee is good..

Would've been a 5 if I didn't get get forgotten by the waitress. It was excessively busy, but the waitress literally forgot me... (by her own confession). She thought the back up for her kept me. I never seen the "back up" either (unless she was the one who brought my food to me after I'd othered). The kitchen manager took my order... and from there, I was forgotten about. Good food. Long, but understandable wait to be seated.
