Two stars only because of the shop, slow, like watching turtles make love slow,but inside store was clean, everyone was nice. Basically the slowest people I have ever had the pleasure of having a tire changed for me. 🤔. So I just needed to clarify, their lack of communication or even listening about what I said shows the lack of intelligence. Unfortunately a lack of listening cost me money today, but from the majority or loves shops I guess I couldn't of expected anything more from these people.

This is our regular stop when we travel to WV or PA to visit family. Restrooms are always clean and well stocked. Same for fountain drink and coffee station. Outside trash bins are never overflowing. Staff is friendly and efficient. They understand that their travelers want a cheerful greeting, but not a long conversation at the register. I wish every travel stop was like this one.

June 2022. There’s a fenced in dog park. Needs to be better maintained. The trash cans are so filled, that there’s garbage on the floor and on top. Walking in, it smells like the smoke area of cheap hotel. Area/ people that stopped by seem shady. Not a good location.

The guy who takes service appointment throwing big numbers to throw you out the shop, he is not professional, lazy, and the best place for him is either cleaning showers or behind the grill flipping burgers. who pays $250 just to change steer tires shocks bearing in mind I have the parts on me.and it’s per shock so you will end up paying $500 for a one hour job. Thiefs by all means at least when I go to TA they show you how much and what for upfront, and they have actual price list. I don’t know how he come up with $250 per shock.
