So far my stay has met my expectations. Room was clean most importantly shower was clean as well no mold, dirt, or stains. At first my ac wasn’t working properly but I let the front desk know and the maintenance man was in my room within 20 minutes and now it’s blowing ❄️☃️ Cool air to the point that I’m about to turn off the AC! Most importantly the customer service has been excellent by all the staff especially the young lady that checked me in! She went out her way to make sure I was satisfied with my room and I’m not gone like she’s a cutie tooo😂😂! But honestly speaking she is not the reason I left this review by any means. I’m honestly impressed with this hotel! 5⭐️ For this 2 ⭐️Hotel. Location is very convenient as well. Multiple food, grocery & liquor stores all within walking distance!!

First off confusing to find the office. Once checked in the overwhelming smell of dirty butt and curry almost made me puke. The hallway was musty and hot as hell. The first room the a/c didn't work. The second room was better because the a/c worked. But the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar! Will never stay here again or recommend it!

Tala at the front desk was amazing and made sure we were happy with our stay after some issues before we left! She apologized and made sure to thank us for staying there! She was really wonderful and super helpful! The rest of the employees (upon check-in and later on in our visit) were not very kind or helpful as she was. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that it is VERY humid and hard to breathe inside. Otherwise, it was nice for a night. A few bugs around on the floor but the bed appeared to be bug free, comfortable, and clean.

Good for a single overnight stay. Bed appeared bug free, linen clean. Mattress wasn't the greatest, but acceptable. The water was hot with no signs of mold in the bathroom even though the exhaust fan did not work. It took awhile for water to heat up. The clerk changed my room with the original price point to the 1st floor without hassle. The room had free coffee, microwave, refrigerator, and hairdryer, iron/board. TV functional, but unsure of the channel lineup (not much for TV). There's an ice Machine down the hall. There is a Meijer (think Walmart) right next door. The HVAC is functional, but a little noisy. Parked right next to my room. The building needs paint and the parking lot is an asphalt train wreck, so don't be scared away by its appearance. This is my 2nd time renting with positive results. I'd return.

They are guaranteed in all the Superior King rooms, there are refrigerators and microwaves in some of the standard rooms you can request it at the front desk and they will try to accommodate you if available
Janet I think you mean 12 p.m. and the answer is normally yes. If we are sold out the night before you may have to wait a few minutes for a room but we can usually accommodate early check-ins. It is recommended to call the hotel beforehand to make sure.
