The 2 stars are for Dr Vigara as he was thorough and a joy to be around.However, months after my visit, countless unsuccessful attempts to get a simple prescription filled, I finally got the script filled 3 days after seeing another practice 1.5 hrs away in Tampa. The only input I had from their office was apathetic at best. When I contacted the office manager to tell her I did finally get the scrip filled by another doctors office, I never heard back. Very unprofessional and seemingly uncaring support staff. Sadly I now must travel over an hour for decent and professional care. Do NOT recommend.

In my opinion Tyler at Envision Eye Specialists is a professional, patient and eminently experienced optician. If your tired of dealing with poorly trained and inexperienced eyeglass technicians try Tyler you won’t regret it.
