I would give zero stars if I could! I Went there for an x-ray, they weren’t very busy so I expected to be out of there quickly. An hour and a half later, they still had not called me in. I told the girl to cancel my order and I left. I will never go back there and do not recommend this place to anyone. The next day I went to Sugar Mill Diagnostics and, without an appointment, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Lived here 40 years and am a repeat customer. The front desk employees are inept and rude. They didn't do their job and gather insurance info in the 2 weeks before appt for MRI. Canceled my appt the day before. After getting the info myself and my PCP faxing it, they refused to even look at the fax when I went in persona to solve the problem for them. I want Dr Amin to know that he lost an MRI app because of their incompetence or laziness.

I have had several excellent experiences at Citrus Diagnostic Center, but this last visit this week was not one of them. The front desk personnel are simply put, rude. There is no place for people like that to work in the medical field or any type of customer service. When calling regarding test results, I was yelled at by someone who answered the phone. I've worked in medicine for my entire career - from the front desk to management. This should not be tolerated. I understand you are busy, I understand you are short staffed, I understand that good help is hard to find, but ya'll gotta do a better job!

No appoints are not necessary for Xrays. The other exams, mammograms, DEXA, CT, MRI, Ultrasounds, will need to be scheduled.
All major insurances. I know they accept Humana, BCBS and AETNA, but confirm while you are on the phone making the appointment.

Yes, we do preventive mammograms. We also do diagnostic mammograms. In addition, we do breast ultrasounds and MRIs.
Just come on in and show ur Drover license .. The cd takes about 10 min and reports we print off :) We are open from 8:30 to 5 monday through friday and we don't close for lunch .
Echocardiogram? Yes!
It is just a scan of your bones-like an x-ray to see if your bones are thinning and brittle or if you have osteoparosis. It does not hurt.
Currently we do not have the capability for on-line scheduling. Scheduling is handled with phone and fax.
