This place is a joke! My mom was seen there for a consult back in February. The doctor spoke with her with utter disgust and like she was trash because her primary doctor has not given approval for her to be Covid vaccinated. A sleep study was scheduled and we called there to demand a new doctor. They called me back saying it’s approved to switch but the new dr won’t do the sleep study until she sees him so it was being cancelled. No appt was scheduled at the time with the new dr due to her being so sick and needing to follow up on other more pressing health issues. Somehow through no fault of ours, her study was NOT cancelled and she was scheduled for a second sleep study. Clearly not by me if I can’t access their system and why would a second one be scheduled without having an appt with the new dr? I call there to speak with them because as I’m sorting through my mothers affairs I find a bill. This zoo sent a $50 bill for no showing the sleep study! They are of zero help, both people in billing I was transferred to have the same attitude and disrespect as the doctor. The lady became loud and argumentative with me, implying I am a liar. The $50 is now in collections and can sit there since my phone call today was to try to get this fixed and finally have an appointment made but instead will find a new dr to give money to.

Love the place the Dr was excellent. I am actually shocked, I feel like I just seen a Dr from Hospital for special surgery in NYC. I been there many times this Dr must have that type background. You know when the Dr knows.

I was referred to Dr. G. Shah following a hospital stay. I could not be more pleased with the care I have received. Each time I have been there, he has answered my questions and not made me feel he was in a hurry to move on. Each person I have come in contact with at the office been pleasant and helpful. I'm grateful to have been referred to him.

Incompetent! I had a tele-med appointment today at 11 am. Called the office around 11:28 am and was told they were running half an hour late. I again gave my email address and said I'll wait. Waited for an hour to find that they had left a voice message on my landline, no email, no text to my cell. Now its lunch time so no one is even picking up. Yes I'm upset, because if I was late by half an hour, my appointment would probably be canceled and I'd have to pay a no show. But what is the consequence for the doctor and his office? This is despite the fact that I already waited 25 minutes yesterday and had to reschedule it to today. Very unhappy! I had to call back at 1:52 pm, despite my having left urgent messages with office. The next available appt is now next week on Friday afternoon!!! They say they're not overbooking and that the tele med appt takes time. I wonder if that is so, why don't they allot each patient/client more time? Very incompetent. Have to wait and see how it'll go with the doctor?
