My mom got a procedure done by Nichole last week, and ended up being hospitalized because Nichole "severely" scratched her cornea. The doctors were very concerned that someone was able to scratch my mom's cornea that badly. If my mom hadn't gone straight to the ER after the procedure, the doctors said the scarring from Nicole's work would have caused permanent damage. We are so lucky she will be okay, and after a few days is able to see again. Please be advised and verify this establishment's license before getting permanent makeup done here. And be warned that a potential REAL side effect is ending up in the hospital because of Nichole. I'm not sure what our next steps are, but I will update the review as the process continues. So far it seems like Nichole doesn't seem to care about the expensive medical bills and harm she caused to my mother. When my mom asked for her tip back, Nichole refused to pay for the refund and deducted a $17 processing fee from the refund of the tip. Please be careful and vigilant in your research before choosing Nichole. It has been a terrible and excruciating experience for my mom, and my mom wishes she never went to Nichole. We didn't take any photos while my mom was at the hospital (too busy) but we do have one after the procedure. Please please please be cautious of Nichile's work.

I could not say enough good things about Nichole and Permanent Makeup Ogden! Nichole is incredibly patient and kind. It was obvious to me she takes a lot of care and pride in her treating of me, as a client, and the precise and perfect way she applied my makeup. Every step of the way she made sure I was happy with colors and shapes. She was flexible and accommodating. I was incredibly nervous and unsure about permanent makeup at the beginning. After meeting Nicole at the free consultation though I became very excited. She does a ton of that added to my comfortability and my positive experience. I do recommend her to anyone I know considering permanent makeup. I would definitely go back to her for my future makeup needs. However she did an amazing job so it might be a while before I need anything else. I have gotten bad cold sores my whole life my lips were so scarred with inconsistent and sometimes missing color. Before Nichole and Permanent Makeup I spent a fortune on lipstick which usually resulted in my lips being more dry and more cold sores. The before and after my lips are incredible. I now feel so security and happy with the way I look.
