Very nice hotel and clean. The staff was nice when we checked in although the person taking reservations was snarky. Clean rooms. I run a fan so with that on there were no sound issues the night we stayed. The room had a continuous fan mode on the AC. The breakfast was good. The only two issues keeping us from a higher score was the hard bed and the reservation person. They have an elevator. They have a fridge in the room. No micro wave in the room. A community micro wave was by the ice machine.

In late summer 2013 I was on vacation and stopped in here early on a Monday morning headed east. The front desk staff was very friendly and I was able to get a room on the second floor. I spent much of the day sleeping and visited the Mexican restaurant across the way. Their food was good! I like this hotel and definitely recommend a visit when in the Winslow area. Friendly staff and the room was clean. No complaints at all. By the way - I stood on a corner in Winslow Arizona It is a fine sight to see!!

The very best of the Best Western's we have ever stayed in. I would definitely refer family and friends to stay here. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very nice, good breakfast. My family stayed in a Best Western in Phoenix earlier that week that wasn't near as nice and cost more per night.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was speedy and friendly from check-in, housekeeping, and breakfast crew. The rooms were nice, the bathroom was remodeled and nice as well. The beds could have been softer, but I've slept on worse!
