We have used Teresa Karcsmar for years as a family. She and her nurse always give us exceptional care and spend time listening carefully to us while we are in their care. Recently, my daughter was very I’ll and Teresa moved her schedule to see her THAT DAY! No one does this anymore. Customer service is important to this entire staff and we will continue to use this medical group and refer anyone who is looking for people who care about personal health. It doesn’t matter to whom you speak in the from office, all staff are courteous and competent. They always call us back. I highly recommend this office.
