Worst Best Buy location I’ve ever been to. I’ve never left this store with a positive customer service experience. Love Best Buy, but I’ll drive an hour out of the way to go to Sarasota to avoid dealing with the non existent customer service at this location.

Best But is easy to do returns, as long as it's within the product guidelines, 30 days from receipt on most items. Receipt is necessary.

Every tv has a sticker on the back with the model and serial#. The # you provided appears to be the Model# for a 28" tv I'd guess. Look near the inputs on the back...take a picture with your phone or take a magnifying glass because my eyes can't read the small letters. A phone allows you to snap a pic and zoom in and you don't have to unmount your tv if it's on the wall. There's a way to get there from the menu but much harder to explain through text.
If you don't have a mask, one is supplied to you at the door. There is also a hand sanitary station immediately inside
They also repair tv's, dishwashers, refrigerators....I'd go in and ask. Or call but chances are you'll not get through to an actual store.

That is a GeekSquad service i believe. There is a mechanism that when you begin the setup on an iPad, it will be able to connect to the new iPad and transfer the saved data to the new iPad from the old.

Purchases at Best Buy have a 30 day return privilege on most purchases. Not sure if it applies to computers and cell phone, but it is worth a call to the store or a visit to their website. If your purchase is more than 30 days ago, then you may be out of luck, but usually there is a one year warranty provided by the manufacturer.

You should take your tablet to the store and ask the sales person to test a charger on your tablet to see if it is your charger or your tablet. Usually the charger lasts for a long time, the battery in the tablet is what goes bad quickly. If your tablet is over two years old, it is most likely the battery. It could be your charging port on the tablet may be broken also.
Thank you Brian and Buddy. I did look online at Amazon and found magnetic charger cables just for Android phones. I just wanted to see one before I made the purchase to make sure it worked.
If the TV was delivered by geek squad, they do have a pickup but you must call customer service to determine if your purchase is within the pickup return time frame. If you took the TV yourself, they will not pick it up for return.

As far as Amazon shoppers, I wouldn't know, but I do know after all the above, I was called in to answer this specifically for this store for clarification. Best buy online most certainly has these, this store does too, but some you'll have to get in store pick up, delivery or order. Hope that helps clear up anything.
