Rent King - Haines City

I do not believe there is online ordering, but Tom and his staff are very flexible and if you have a specific item in mind, they will do the best they can - within reasonable limits- to accommodate your request. Online ordering can not be like Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc. as the big companies have hige inventories and supply chains at the particular location and distribution warehouse centers throughout the country. Rent King is a very helpful and friendly company, but it does not compete with "big box chains" that have the national/international logistics and supply chains available and integral to such companies. Rent King is small in comparison, but I would rather have more personable customer service with local staff who know me and my needs. For example, my wife and I are of the type who wpuld rather eat at a local family-owned "mom and pop" restaurant than the impersonal and mass-produced national restaurant chains.
