My father in law lives here. It seems like very nice friendly community. It is gated, nice docks, golf course, community gardens. Very relaxing, enjoyable place.

Im asking this question for my brother he is looking for a place to park his travel trailer. Now my question is he has a 29 year old charge on his record that says he cant be around kids. Is this a place that would over look this charge.

This is a 55 plus community that already has homes in it.. So there are no children living in this community. You do not park and live in a travel trailer in this community however there is storage for said storage for Travel trailers.
