*** Update 7/21/22: Install is complete for the lanai and carport. Looks wonderful. It exceeded my expectations! The construction crew was Bradley and Jose. They were GREAT!!! I hope White Aluminum will do better with their customer service. Keeping in touch with customers, even if it just to say "we are working on your order" and you're not forgotten. Thank you. ***Update posted 7/8/22: INSTALL SCHEDULED for 7/18/22. Review updates to follow. Posted 7/5/22: White has not started my job yet, however I am feeling very frustrated over the extremely long delay, and lack of communication from this company. I signed my contract approximately ONE YEAR AGO. The original ETA was six months (February 2022). I was told construction materials were just ordered in April 2022. They could not give me an updated ETA. I understand worker and supply chain issues. However, where is the customer service? I have been told "don't call us ... we'll call you". I would think White is large enough to figure out ways to work with other companies/suppliers to fulfill contracts they accepted.

Assuming that due to supply issues and the pandemic my project was nearly a year from signed contract to actual start date so I was not happy about that. The second hiccup was that there was a considerable cost change from the original estimate due to information not taken into consideration by the sales person who provided me with my estimate. Once I was able to move past these to hurdles the project completed within reasonable time frames and in a quality manner. The technicians were professional and courteous at all times. If not for the extended delay in the start date and the gross error in the estimate I would have given at least a four star and maybe a five star rating. Great outcome, more effort needed on analysis and details.

Poor communication with customers. I had to contact them to get any updates on the progress of my construction.
