We're not snowmobilers, but we like to canoe, hike and mountain bike, so this is great place to stay for those activities. The rooms are very clean and the owners Henry and Jamie are very friendly and accommodating. I'm the type who likes to chew the fat, so down in the break room for coffee it's fun to engage Henry in various topics to get him going, as he's pretty loquacious himself. The thing I like best about the experience is the fireplace out back. Henry makes sure you know where all the wood and kindling is so you can get a good blazing fire going at night after returning from drinking a few beers at Matt's Draft House, less than a shout and a holler down the road. And it's about the same distance to Fern Park, where there's great mountain biking, along with a skating rink in winter. Bald Mountain and Rocky Mountain are just minutes away for short hikes, as well as Mountainside Smokehouse for great barbecue. Very conveniently located. Five stars!

We have been here years and years ago when my adult children were small ,don't remember the owners names but it was a married couple. I'm just wondering if they still owned our or if they moved on They were such nice people

Awesome place to stay !!! Rooms were very clean, great breakfast and nice game room if your traveling with children. Also have a fire pit on premises for you to enjoy if you like. Jamie and Henry are wonderful people and will go out their way to make sure you have everything for your visit. Will definitely return !!!!!
