I made sn online reservation for a pick up truck @ this location. I called the day before just to confirm. All went well with that. I arrived on the day to pick up the truck and the agent stated to me that it won't be available until someone picks it up from the auto shop. The agent never called me to inform me of the delay. After waiting for a half hour, I went into the office and complained. The agent became very unprofessional and somewhat threatening at times and told me he was going to cancel the reservation. His behabior was OBNOXIOUS. I have called several times to enterprise main office and requested a return call to no avail. How dare you enterprise. I hope this review serves as a cautionary measure for people looking to rent a vehicle from enterprise.

They were very helpful and kind. They got me on my way very quickly with the rental. Returning the car was a breeze as well. I would gladly use this location again!

Enterprise has always been a great company to work with. I've never had a bad rental until recent. This car has several things wrong with it, but upon my return I discussed it with the manager and he made adjustments to correct the issues. Enterprise is always willing to do what is necessary to make your experience a positive one.
