In response to Tina temples review. They did their own piers.. they received a plan for piers . The same plan we give everyone . Everyone else understands the plan. These people did not . . Also we sent guys down to fix any water line issues. The bank that repo s the homes tells us when they are winterized and they usually give us correct info. Along with stickers on every faucet , sink ect.
