This company deserves a NO STAR... 1. WASTED MY TIME 2. EVERYTHING THEY SAY IS A LIE 3. TALKED TO THEM ABOUT SELLING LAND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE DEFINITELY INTERESTED IN AND OFFERED ME 5000.00 AN ACRE. 4. Told me about 500.00 to 800.00 to subdivided a separate piece of property and it came back at 6000.00 5. Mitch and Cody NEVER DO what they say PERIOD Go to another company don't waste your time They replied to have me call them about my review when I talked to Cody and he knows about everything. TRUST ME GO TO A COMPANY WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NOT LYING TO YOU.......
