Wouldn't recommend I know your experiences may vary but my wife and mine was horrible we go in at this time January we wanted to put a double wide on our 16 acres salesman shows us a few we fell in love with the style of one of them wasn't exactly what we wanted but he told us be a lot faster if we wanted the display model which we agreed to... fast forward around a month after we were told we were approved for the display model he's now telling us he didn't realize the display model had already been sold when we started the process so another 4 hr round trip drive to them to design our house was told house would be built by June still left feeling good then about a month goes by he says there was a problem with the bank we're going to try another mortgage company we fill out stuff for another mortgage company never hear anything another month goes by of him not returning emails and phone calls so me and my wife drive back down unannounced when we get there he says everything is good we're going to go with the first mortgage company now ...again we're upset but he was good at telling us what we wanted to hear to calm us down now house will be done by November so we send him sight plan soil sample that was needed for the septic drive way permit then nothing for 2 months but the mortgage company calls says we were good on there end just waiting on our home center another month passes salesman still saying he's having issues tells us to give him some time to work it out so we let it go another 2 months of unanswered phone calls and emails so my wife writes a strongly worded email to which someone else replied that salesman no longer worked there and he had found our file and was pretty much empty of everything we had sent him or really any info of our house and Clayton pretty much seemed like they were ready to be done with us after all we had been through to their credit they did refund us our non refundable money back but trying to get our house going for us would of been more meaningful so this was a miserable experience for us no house and can't put into words the let down we felt 9+ months down the drain

They look nice but are slapped together cheaply. Drawers in the kitchen fall apart because the runners were not attached. Molding that goes across base of bath tubs to keep moisture out were not attached just put in place. Also the walls …Robin--Thanks for sharing your experience with us. Yeah we bought one when it was advantage homes same company...different dealer is all...im sure. Told my wife if she survived the 3 different types of cancer she had,that I would put her in a new home. She did survive and I did what I promised. It's just too bad the quality of this home is no better than a single wide trailer.and 5 yrs later it's really bad!but I'm a production supervisor at a RV factory and there's nothing I can't fix!
