How is it as "trained" police officers you get "baited" into violating someone's rights or not knowing the law? That's a department problem. How do you "bait" an officer into breaking the law or not following the law?

If you are willing to violate citizens RIGHTS. THE POSSIBLY. Just like the new cops Officer Beatty and junk officer Galt NS1816 ASK YOURSELF CAN YOU PUSH PEOPLE AROUND AND NOT GIVEASHIT ABOUT THE RIGHTS OF OUR AMERICAN VETERANS AND SOME CIVILIAN ACTORS!
You just need to keep calling them. They handle all that stuff, the PD only does records and parking now. PD can give you citation number if you need it, just call
Just go to the pd and ask for it, It's going to cost a minimal amount of change
