Food items consistently out of stock, guaranteed the Icecream machine is broken at all times. Can't get orders right at least 50% of the time. One time my child got her nugget meal with only 3 nuggets 2 packets of apples 2 fries and no toy. I know everyone's understaffed lately but this store has been horrid for the last 20 years. The only thing keeping those place open is the fact that it's cheap eats in a college town with no other fast food within walking distance of the dorms.

The fries always taste cold and like they have been sitting for hours. I have been to much better McDonald’s where the food is hot and doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting there for hours.

gave it 5 stars bc of the lady who gave me my food, she has glasses and had a long braid, she was an absolute doll, she kept calling her co workers lovey which i thought was so sweet, i call my daycare kids lovey! the young kid who took my order must of been new and after he rung up my order she said “see i knew you could do it” 😊 after she gave me my food she said “thank you for your patience luv ya, she was just very sweet to me and her co workers!!! and the nuggets were crispy and fresh even though drive through was super busy and i went in!! give that lady a raise or promotion!!

All the good reviews about these restaurants that I've read are true. The friendliness of the staff and the great service seem genuine. As I have experienced with them, I have never seen such good customer service. Many thanks to you!
