I've been a customer at Bob's since the early 90s and usually its been great but today was awful. The chicken salad was spread on with a extremely thin line... barely any at all and the Buffalo Chicken was very thin lunch meat. Price went up and quality went to rock bottom. New owner needs to get it together and stopping attacking guests comments that he does not like. Also, two members of the staff were making noises in the phone instead of waiting on the 2 of us in line. This place went downhill big time...

Went to go try Bob's for my first time and was not disappointed by the food! Defiantly recommend their super sub! Good customer service as well! I saw the employees wearing masks, and switching gloves properly between orders which made me happy. All in all Ill be back!

Employees currently all wear masks. All employees are checked for temperature and symptoms when starting a shift. There is a barrier between customers and employees. Dine in is open. We have seating open for customer's to distance according to group size and concerns for themselves. Tables are cleaned throughout the day. We also have curbside and contactless delivery.
