Terry did a flower order for my mom, and I wanted pastel pink and hot pink carnations, and my mom said she got only very red carnations and they were not pretty, and she is very unhappy. When I called Terry he would not do a refund or do anything to make the flowers right for my mom. He did say that he did not put any pastel pink carnations into the bouquet, but he said the red ones were hot pink, my mom says they are very red. and the arrrangement looks like a Christmas arrangement not a birthday arrangement which is what we wanted.
