I thought AAA was a great business but there Bradenton location offers the worst customer service. Last year and this year I called to review my policy. It took them over a week for them to get back to me. And that is only after I called them back. Recently called to make a reservation for a car rental and hotels. That was five days ago. This is so totally not acceptable. We are past Covid now there is no excuse!!! I am a member and is seriously thinking of not renewing..

I have been a member of AAA for many years. Making the transition to this office in Florida was very easy. I found the staff to be extremely helpful

Roadside assistance NEVER came, just called hours later to say they couldn't come. I pay for 3 memberships in excess of $400. a year and got no tow. Called the office the next day and got the menu computer and redirection to another menu, NO HELP!!
