I’m currently in the Er with my wife. She suffered severe back pain at home Felt and heard something go pop in her back. We felt the er was the best option to go to because she’s had back surgery and has hardware in her back. The service here is extremely slow. We have been here for 4 hrs already. And it doesn’t seem that busy. There is no sense of urgency at all. No empathy for the people they treating.

After arriving in the emergency room with my mom who had taken a fall. Had to wait 10 minutes for wheelchair assistance which I had to do it myself and still waiting to be called back for my mom to be examined. Poor service and bad reputation for this facility no urgency or concern for service definitely deserves this 1star

People was nice but took forever in waiting room then on top of that there was 3 more people in front of my baby when I was there first..

My daughter is at Granville Medical Emergency Room, Ill and throwing up, can’t hold nothing down, she pressed the button on the bed for help because she felt like she was about to pass out and no one came for a minute, not until after I called to see what was going on. The nurse came on the phone and I say “my daughter been pressing the call button because she feels like she’s about to pass out and no one has gone in to check on her to see if she’s alright. Well, Ms Jessica decides to tell me “ Ohh I’m sorry for the false information your daughter gave you”….it wasn’t said nicely and she won’t trying to hear what I had to say and then told me well you can come up here and sit with your daughter and I said right I’ll come up there with the flu and give it to everybody. I then hung up on her and I guess she thought I was coming up there, so, that’s when she goes back in the room to be hateful to my daughter and then tells her to tell me I can’t come up there. Well, if I was feeling good I would have came, no doubt to see about my child and to report her to the administrator. I might have to come back and do another review. We going to see because she’s still there. Ohh yeah, If they had something to rate the nurses and doctors wooooweeeee.
