My uncle lived here for over a year now. My father chose this facility because it's very nice and clean as well as the outstanding staff that extends from the receptionist, administrative, activities, maintenance, dietary, housekeeping & nursing staff. My uncle has a nice room with a roommate that is constantly kept clean, and Universal have an excellent housekeeping staff that not only is concerned with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the entire building but they also care deeply about the residents. In general, I have to admit, the entire staff are very caring people; I love that they really care so much. My uncle’s appetite has improved, the food is excellent; it is served hot, tasty and they have a lot of different things available. Lastly, my uncle is more involved in activities since being here and that is great. There are different activities going on every day, each resident are invited and encouraged to participate; they have a very good activity director and assistant. My uncle love it here; since being a resident, he is well known by other residents and staff and I can say they treat him as well as our family as family. We were blessed to find such a fine company to help care for our loved one!

Universal Healthcare/Oxford has been HOME for my grandmother for over 2 years. She came in for short term rehab and ultimately transitioned to the facilities Assisted Living. She is treated with dignity, respect, and most of all love. The staff has grown to know her exact needs before she can request their assistance and also her preferences in snacks and her love for jewelry. I believe Universal Healthcare/Oxford genuinely cares for the residents as well as their staff.

Does not treat travelers good and always short staffed. Always. Does not follow infection control protocol and administration doesn't help when short staffed. Enter at your own risk whether you're an employee or taking a family member
