Why was my review deleted? I’ll just repost it: Girl with pink hair and tattoos at the window was extremely rude. Told Her I asked for whipped cream on my drink when she handed me my drink without any. (She even asked me if I wanted whipped cream when I ordered my drink through drive through.) She gave me the meanest look, snatched the drink out of my hand and was very rude when giving me my card back. To top it off the drink sucked didn’t even taste how it supposed too. The worst customer service. Hire new ppl!!!!! I won’t be coming back.

Horrible customer service. They are rude as heck through the drive thru speaker and at the window. They have no manners and have no idea how to speak to people. It seems they hire just anyone here. Oh and the girl with hickeys all over her nice was the icing on the cake.

My coffee is rarely ever made correctly. Sometimes it's even made with mostly water and flavoring. Very disgusting. Just spend the extra dollars at Starbucks next door for better service and coffee.

5 star for - The experience there is always a delight! The girls that work there are usually really friendly and helpful. 2 star for- Just one issue.. I’ve noticed that whenever I order something that needs to be toasted.. there’s always a smell and taste of burnt or Smokiness(not in a good way) on the bread. Sometimes I can eat it and I’m like whatever but sometimes it’s a really strong smell/taste and I end up throwing away what I just paid for 🥲
