My mother sold her home in Wisconsin, and relocated to Tulsa, OK. She was living alone and decided to move into the independent living at Bellarose. She is very happy with her 1 bedroom apt and balcony. She loves activity director and what they offer to get residents involved. She has made friends, and feels this was a great choice in senior living. The facility is modern, with pool, and beautiful grounds. Only problem is with the food. My mom after being here one year is disappointed with pretty much everything about the kitchen. Food choices, rules about food not leaving dining area, and overall prep

My mom was warmly welcomed by all the bellarose staff when she arrived! It was so special! Dianne, the administrator, made the transition from the hospital a breeze! She is so knowledgeable and professional and lovely! Amy keeps the activities fun, accessible , and satisfying for the residents! Including sing along at the piano! ( my moms favorite, besides bible study & bingo) Kathy , speech therapist helped my mom learn to eat more carefully, and showed her better breathing techniques for her copd! Lauren, Katie, and all the pt’s & ot’s are brilliant, and super qualified! Aleya at the front desk is always happy to greet all the visitors and residents , she even wheels my mom outside for some fresh mountain air on their beautiful front porch! My moms doctor is very compassionate , patient and smart!!!My mom loves all her bellarose nurses!!! They are so sweet, hardworking and talented! The nurses assistants are helpful and so empathetic and well- trained! Dianne told my mom that she can come back anytime , if she ever needs to in the future! The location is centrally located, about 10 minutes to Clayton, and 10 minutes from Smithfield! A wonderful rehab for seniors! The lobby is breathtaking, don’t hesitate to send your loved ones to bellarose! I live out of town, but I am positive my moms being well taken care of! They even bring her afternoon cookies & milk every day! The rooms are very nice and clean and private!

I cannot praise enough the wonderful staff at BellaRose. My 83 year old mother was there in April 2021 for several weeks after being in ICU at the hospital for 2 weeks. She also was at BellaRose for a month in November/December 2021 after a fall and fractured pelvis. She was terminally ill with lung cancer. She did pass away in December 2021 while at BellaRose. The passionate care given by the doctor, the nurses, the CNAs, the rehab techs, all of the other staff meant the world to our family. Special thanks to Dianne in admissions, Dr. Diaz, nurses Robert and Luke who took care of her the majority of her time there, and nurse Karen who gave our family and Mom great compassion the night she passed away. We can never thank you all enough for helping Mom and us during one of the most difficult times in our lives. We love you all. Thank you.
