Poor experience... payment machine took my $15 dollars and the car wash apparatus did not start...no one on duty there...no one answered my phone call...no email address to contact for customer service...what a ripoff! Folks, Beware!!!

Yes, it's touchless & that's the reason I go to this particular location. Yes, u just drive thru; the machine directs u with a voice. Be sure 2 turn ur music down before approaching 2 make sure u hear it. 😉
